The study aimed to identify the role of International Society for Technology in Education in the United States of America in supporting the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process in schools and the possibility of benefiting from it in the Sultanate of Oman. The study used the descriptive method, and the analysis of documents was used in collecting data and information The results of the study concluded that the International Society for Technology in Education proposed an initiative called artificial intelligence in education, and this initiative included a variety of fields; This includes: preparing guides to enable school principals, teachers, and students to use artificial intelligence, holding a group of training programs and seminars, and offering a group of books and blogs. The results also showed that there are efforts by the Omani Society for Educational Technologies in the Sultanate of Oman to support the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process in schools. Such as: scientific conferences and some training programs. The study recommended that the Omani Association for Educational Technologies in the Sultanate of Oman enter into a partnership with the International Association for Technology in Education and benefit from all its services and capabilities in this field, in addition to the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman establishing a partnership with the Omani Association for Educational Technologies. Preparing guidance manuals, training programs, books, blogs, seminars, and conferences that support the effective and efficient use of artificial intelligence in students’ teaching and learning processes.
