The study aimed to identify the reality of electronic professional development for female teachers in the city of Buraidah. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, and a sample of female managers in Buraidah was formed, estimated at (232) female managers in Buraidah, and collection data with questionnaire. The study reached, the most important of which are. The respondents of the study came with an agreement degree on the expressions of the dimension of physical obstacles, with an arithmetic mean of (3.74), as the averages of their agreement on the dimension ranged between (3.97 to 3.59), which are averages located in the fourth category of the five-scale categories, which indicate the degree of (agreement) for the statements of the axis. the study is recommended. The need to increase the awareness of school teachers f the importance of electronic professional development through holding seminars and lectures explaining the importance of its practice and its importance in developing educational work within the school. identify the electronic professional development needs that female teachers need, in order to develop them in humiliation and raise their professional and specialized knowledge sufficiency. provide the electronic infrastructure for communication and information technology in all parts of Baridiya Governorate, in order to provide the appropriate environment for the process of electronic professional development. Create electronic professional development programs that are tailored to the needs of female teachers, and make them available in both synchronous and asynchronous formats, with the necessary technical support.
