The study aimed to build a collaborative electronic training program based on professional standards for teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to identify its effectiveness in developing creative teaching skills for computer teachers. The research was applied through an experimental method using a quasi-experimental design via pre and post application on one group. The sample consisted of sixteen computer teachers working in public schools teaching intermediate and secondary stages in the Department of Education in Al-Kharj Governorate chosen by simple random method. The study tools consisted of an observation card for teaching skills. The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences between pre and post application at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the average scores of computer teachers in the Department of Education in Al-Kharj Governorate in favor of the post application in creative teaching skills. Due to this result, the study recommends designing professional development programs for female teachers consistent with the contents of the documents of professional standards for teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for its importance in refining the skills of female teachers to meet the requirements of their occupation. It also suggests Employing technical applications that support collaborative learning, and introducing all its advantages to female workers in the educational field; for its effectiveness in acquiring skills and raising the efficiency of e-training.
