The study aimed to reveal the degree of availability of financial culture concepts in mathematics books for the third grade primary in Saudi Arabia. To achieve the goal, the descriptive curriculum based on content analysis, the design of the content analysis card as a tool for study, and the adoption of the subject as a unit for analysis, the mathematics books were selected for the third grade primary in its three chapters. The results of the study showed that the repetitions of the concepts of total financial culture (216), and the concepts of spending and saving came first (80%) concepts of work and income are second with 20%, and borrowing concepts are third with 0%. With no availability, the findings showed that there was an imbalance in the distribution of financial culture concepts in mathematics books for the third grade, and the study recommends that the mechanism for the distribution of financial culture concepts in mathematics books for the third grade be reviewed so that the concepts of financial culture are more sensitive and balanced to the developments of the twenty-first century.
