المشروع الوطني للتعليم عن بعد في الجزائر وأهميته في تفعيل التعليم الرقمي والاندماج في إقتصاد المعرفة
This study aims to study the importance of digital education to accelerate the integration of Algeria in the knowledge economy, especially since this integration has become an imperative given the transformation of the national economy of the economy of rent to the economy of production. A program has been set up which gives priority to higher and professional training in the field of information and communication technologies with the activation work of distance education, which is reflected in the national project distance education since 2003. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has started to provide all institutions with distance education facilities, for a total cost of 716.152.000 Algerian dinars, to improve the quality of training to follow international standards and promote digital education.
