The study aims to identify the role of the family in raising children in light of globalization and the digital space, and to present a set of suggested recommendations in activating this role. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach, and therefore the questionnaire was used as one of the descriptive research tools, as it consisted of three main axes, which are: The role of the family in protecting the child from the dangers of digital content in light of the challenges of globalization and the digital revolution. The role of the family in protecting the child from the dangers of Internet connection in light of the challenges of globalization and the digital revolution. The role of the family in protecting the child from the dangers of bad behavior in light of the challenges of globalization and the digital space proposed recommendations to activate the role of the family in achieving digital security in light of the challenges of globalization and the digital space. The study sample consisted of 1,215 guardians of children in kindergartens in Jerusalem. The results of the study concluded that the role of the family in protecting the child from the dangers of digital content, the dangers of globalization, or changes in the child’s behavior has not been achieved. The study presented a set of proposed recommendations to achieve digital security for kindergarten children in light of the challenges of the digital revolution. (Published abstract)
