This study aimed to identify the availability level of information and communication technology competencies among teachers of Al Dakhiliyah Governorate schools in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the developed UNESCO model, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (181) School Principals and their assistants. The results of the study reached that the availability level of information and communication technology competencies among teachers of Al Dakhiliyah Governorate schools in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the developed UNESCO model was came generally low, and also came low in all domains: Instruction, school curriculum and assessment, teaching methods, application of digital skills, organization and management, and professional learning for teachers. The results also revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample members at the level (α≤0.05) due to gender variables in favor of males, scientific qualification in favor of bachelor’s holders, years of experience and in favor of less than ten years, while these differences appear in the variable, job title.
