مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الحكوميّة في فلسطين وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات من وجهة نظرهم
The study aimed to identify the level of job performance among public school principals in Palestine and its relationship to some variables from their point of view. The study adopted the descriptive approach, and the study measure was applied to a stratified random sample that included (300) male and female principals, from a community consisting of (917) from the six governorates. The job performance measure for public school principals was used, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results showed that the job performance of public-school principals had a mean (4.19) and a standard deviation (0.48), and the score was high. The results also showed that there were no differences in the respondents’ job performance responses due to the variables (gender, qualification, directorate). In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommended the need to continue with the same high level of performance, and the need to hold workshops on an ongoing basis, including both principals and teachers, on the importance of enhancing performance in public employment.
