This study aimed to know the impact of the method of organizational innovation on the achievement of fourth-grade female students in science in physics. The study used an experimental design with a randomly selected control group with a post-test. (32) female students and the second group a control group, numbering (32) female students. The equivalence between the two groups was measured through the chronological age of the female students calculated in months, the intelligence test, the academic achievement of the parents, and the academic achievement of female students in physics for the half of the year, where the experimental group was subjected to the method of organizational innovation, while the group studied control in the normal way. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the post-test in favor of the experimental group, meaning that the method used in teaching was effective in teaching physics, and the results were discussed and interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies, and a number of proposals and recommendations were made of interest.
