واقع الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي الطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم في منطقة عسير
This study aimed to identify the reality of burnout with teachers of students with learning disabilities in Asir Area. A descriptive and analytical research methodology was used. To achieve the objectives of the study, a measurement of burnout was designed by the researcher composing of three dimensions: emotional stress, dullness of feelings, and lack of achievement. Then, it was administered to a sample of 62 teachers of students with learning disabilities in in Asir Area. The findings of the study revealed that the level of burnout with the students with learning disabilities was weak; there were no statistically significant differences between the mean responses of teachers in burnout attributed to the variable of gender, years of experience, and qualification. Accordingly, a number of recommendations were introduced; the most important ones are: generalizing methods and techniques followed by the administration of the special education in Asir Area to all areas of the kingdom to reduce burnout with teachers if any; and keeping all dealing methods, guidance, and techniques followed by the administration of the special education in Asir Area with all teachers of students with learning disabilities to reduce the burnout with them.
