إدارة المعرفة في الإدارة العامة للموهوبين في المملكة العربية السعودية
The study aimed to investigate the degree of implementing knowledge management and to uncover the obstacles facing it in the general administration of the talented students in the Ministry of Education from the point of view of the supervisors of the talented. It also aimed to identify the statistically significant differences between the average assessment levels of the sample in regard to the general administration of the talented attributed to the following variables: gender, age, years of experience and certificate. The descriptive survey approach was used, and 240 questionnaires, 200 of which were retrieved, were distributed over the public administration supervisors of the talented. The results of the study concluded that the degree of knowledge management if moderate and the level of the obstacles of knowledge management is also moderate. It was also concluded that there are statistically significant differences between the average assessment levels of the sample in regard to the general administration of the talented attributed to the variables of gender and age in favor of the females at (α ≤ 0.05) level of significance. Also, the results revealed that there are no significant differences between the average assessment levels of the sample in regard to the general administration of the talented attributed to the variables of age, years of experience and certificate.
