This study aimed to identify the level of administrative empowerment and the level of administrative efficiency of female principals of public education schools in the city of Hail, to identify the nature of the relationship between the level of administrative empowerment and their level of administrative competence, and to know the differences between the mathematical averages of estimates of the members of the study sample of the relationship of administrative empowerment to improving the administrative efficiency of the principals of public education schools in the city of Hail. Members of the study community are represented from all female principals of general education schools in the city of Hail, who numbered 169 school principals. To achieve the objectives of the study, the correlational descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was adopted as a data collection tool, and the tool was applied to the entire study community. The study reached many results as follows: The administrative empowerment of the principals of public education schools in the city of Hail came at a high level with an arithmetic average of (4.20). The administrative efficiency of the principals of public education schools in the city of Hail came at a very high level with an arithmetic average of (4.53). There is an average positive direct correlation, statistically significant at a level below the level of indication (0.01) between the level of administrative empowerment of female principals of public education schools and its sub-dimensions represented in (delegation of authority, active participation, supportive environment) and the level of administrative competence of female principals of public education schools and its subdivisions represented in (communication, decision-making, problem solving). In light of these results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, most notably: providing an organizational climate that stimulates the adoption of areas of administrative empowerment by spreading the culture of administrative empowerment during scientific meetings, workshops, and training courses, creating an educational environment that principle clearly adopts channels of communication and information sharing and enhancing the confidence of female principals in their capabilities by granting them a wider range of powers.
