This research aimed to measure the effectiveness of a proposed unit in light of the knowledge economy in providing entrepreneurial education skills to Physics Department students, Faculty of Education, Hodeidah University. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was followed to form the proposed unit in light of the requirements a knowledge economy. In addition, the one group design quasi-experimental approach was utilized, with pre and post measurement in order to explore the effectiveness of teaching the proposed unit in acquiring entrepreneurial education skills for students the Physics Department at the Faculty of Education, Hodeidah. The research sample consisted of the fourth level students of the Department of Physics, Faculty of Education, Hodeidah who are (10) Students in total. The proposed module has been taught for the group members in light of the knowledge economy requirements during the first semester of the academic year (2022-2023). Besides, the researcher also prepared a test of the entrepreneurial education skills from (36) questions. The test has been applied before and after the experiment. The most important findings of the research were as follows: 1) There is an effectiveness of teaching the proposed unit in providing entrepreneurial education skills for student teachers in the Department of Physics. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the students in the research sample in the pre and post implementations in favor of the post application at the level of the test as a whole at both parts, and for four skills of entrepreneurial education skills, where the (Z) value at the level of the test as a whole, In its two parts (multiple choice and essay test), respectively: (2.807 and 2.812). 3) There are no statistical significant differences between the ranks of students' averages in the pre and post implementation of two skills of entrepreneurial education, namely: the skill of implementing survey studies, and the skill of assessing the economic and social value of ideas. The value of the impact size of the proposed unit on students' acquisition of entrepreneurial education skills of physics teachers at the level of the test as a whole in both parts, was (0.89), which indicates a large effect size. It is also found that there is a large effect of the proposed study unit on the level of students' acquisition of entrepreneurial education skills except one skill, the size of which is average. In light of these results, many recommendations and suggestions were recorded. (Published abstract)
