The study aimed to determine the relative contribution of occupational self-efficacy in predicting psychological resilience and emotional balance among male and female teachers with disabilities in Al-Ahsa. The descriptive approach (correlation) was used. The study sample consisted of (303) male and female teachers with disabilities who were selected by a stratified random method. The study tools were: Schyns and Collani's (2002) occupational self-efficacy scale, Connor and Davidson's (2002) psychological resilience scale, and the emotional balance scale. The results showed: The level of occupational self-efficacy and psychological resilience among male and female teachers in AlAhsa were high, while emotional balance was at the average level. There was statistically significant difference among male and female teachers with disabilities in the total score of the occupational self-efficacy scale and the dimension of personal competence of the psychological resilience scale in favor of female teachers, while there was no statistically significant difference in the dimensions of psychological resilience and emotional balance as a whole. Occupational self-efficacy contributes (45,4٪) for male teachers, and (46,6) for female teachers to psychological resilience, while occupational self-efficacy contributes (27,3٪) for male teachers, and (29,7) for female teachers to emotional balance. The study recommended to raise the level of emotional balance from average to high through employees monitoring themselves with regard to controlling emotions. (Published abstract)
