The study aimed to detect the obstacles that limit parental partnership with kindergarten in the educational process, including barriers for teachers, school management, and parents, the descriptive survey curriculum was followed using the survey tool, and the research sample consisted of (145) teachers in Al-Ahsa region selected in a random manner, and the results were in the teacher's obstacles coming to an average degree and amounted to (1, 91), the most obstacle were: I feel that the courses offered to me in the area of attention to parental partnership are few, followed by the constraints of school management, which came largely (2.78), and were the most obstacle: the lack of a supporting management staff specialized in the school to develop partnership with the family, and the constraints of parents came largely and amounted to (3.24), the most obstacle were: Some families lack awareness of the importance of their partnership with the school, and the study found the need to conduct more courses and training programs for teachers and school management to develop their leadership skills required by effective partnership and develop their knowledge about the importance of parental partnership, also to including a family guide for kindergarten curricula on their participation in kindergarten programs to achieve educational goals, and training the teachers on social intelligence and communication skills with others.
