فاعلية التخطيط والأداء العملي على الأداء التدريسي لدى طلبة التربية العملية في كلية العلوم التطبيقية والتربوية بالنادرة
This study aims at measuring the effectiveness of planning and practical performance on teaching performance of Practicum course (I, II) students, at the Holy Quran and Islamic Studies Departments in the Educational and Applied Sciences College, Ibb University. The researcher used a one-group pretest–posttest experimental method. The sample included (25) level-three students. The sample performed micro-teaching with its planning and performance dimensions of Practicum (I) in the first term (2020-2021). The same sample performed teaching in schools in Practicum II, in the second term of level four (2021). Through the t-test, the comparison between both the means of the evaluation results in Practicum I and in Practicum II revealed a difference in the effectiveness of planning and performance by (6.11). This emphasizes the importance of planning and practical performance in developing the teaching performance of students in Practicum courses. The study recommends the application of these methods in other similar disciplines. (Published abstract)
