برنامج تدريبي قائم على إستراتيجية قبعات التفكير الست لتنمية مهارات المعلمين في إكساب مهارات التحدث لتلاميذ الصفوف الأولية
The research aimed to design a training program according to the Six Thinking Hats strategy to develop teachers’ skills in imparting speaking skills to primary grade students, and to identify the effectiveness of the training program based on this strategy in developing teachers’ skills in imparting speaking skills to primary grade students. To achieve the research objectives, the constructivist approach, the one-group experimental approach, and the descriptive analytical approach were used. The research community consisted of all primary grade teachers in the Al-Safa Education Office, who numbered (96) teachers. While the research sample consisted of a sample of primary grade teachers in Malik bin Amer Al-Ashari Primary School, numbering (12) teachers. Research tools were also prepared, which were: 1) A list of skills necessary for teachers to teach speaking according to the Six Thinking Hats strategy. 2) Practical performance observation card. 3) The proposed training program. The results of the research demonstrated the effectiveness of the training program that was proposed to develop the skills of primary grade teachers, and this was verified through the results of hypothesis testing, which resulted in the following : 1) There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores for observing the performance of primary grade teachers (research sample) for planning skills for teaching speaking skills in tests; (Pre and post) for the practical performance observation card . 2) There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores for observing the performance of primary grade teachers (the research sample) for the skills of implementing speaking skills lessons in the tests; (Pre and post) for the practical performance observation card. 3) There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores for observing the performance of primary grade teachers (the research sample) for the skills of evaluating speaking skills in the tests; (Pre and post) for the practical performance observation card. In light of the previous results, the study recommends the need to employ this strategy in teaching various educational subjects in general and speaking skills in particular, and the need to pay attention to building educational programs based on the six thinking hats strategy in teaching speaking.
