الكفاءات التدريسية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية من وجهه نظر طلابهم
This study aims to identify the teaching competencies of faculty members at the College of Education from the students’ point of view, as well as to know the differences in students’ views on the teaching competencies of faculty members according to the variables: gender and academic specialization. To achieve this, a descriptive approach and a questionnaire tool were used. The research community consisted of (200) male and female students enrolled in (the seventh and eighth semesters), and the research sample was chosen in a systematic random way, as its number reached (60) male and female students, representing 25% of the population the study, and after applying the study and conducting statistical processing. The results showed the following: 1) that teaching competencies exist among faculty members to varying degrees, and the most abundant of them were human competencies, the least of which were cognitive competencies, 2) and that there were no statistically significant differences in the students’ views on the dimensions (personal, humanitarian, cognitive). is due to the gender variable, 3) while there are differences in the (professional competencies) dimension in favor of females. 4) The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in students’ viewpoints due to the academic specialization variable.
