دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في معالجة مشكلات التنمر : دراسة وصفية ميدانية على عينة من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمدارس التعليم الأساسي العام بمدينة البيضاء



The study aimed to identify the role of the school social worker because of his important and vital role in overcoming many of the problems facing members of the school community in addressing the problem of bullying, identifying its causes, and trying to develop solutions to overcome this problem. Its importance lies in that it may contribute to activating the role of the school social worker in confronting and treating the problem of bullying and directing society’s attention to cooperate with educational institutions to address it. Its problem can be formulated in a question to the effect: What is the role of the school social worker in addressing bullying problems? The research was conducted on a sample of 407 social workers in basic education schools in the city of Al-Bayda, and the results of the study resulted in the following: 1) The age of the respondent had a significant effect on all sample characteristics. 2) The academic qualification had a significant effect on the subject’s specialization, age, and number of courses, while there was no significant effect on the years of experience. 3) The results of the study showed that the number of courses contributes to the development of the social worker. 4) The results of the study showed that the social worker addresses bullying problems resulting from deficiencies in socialization.
