The aim of this research is to identify the degree of administrative empowerment of employees at the Education Supervision Department, Misrata Branch, from their point of view. And identifying the difference in administrators’ opinions according to (type) variables. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in conducting this research, and the study population was represented by all administrative employees at the Education Control Department -Misurata Branch. The study sample was chosen from the study population as a simple random sample consisting of (30) individuals from the research population. The questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting data, and its validity and reliability were confirmed, and a program was used SPSS analyzed the data and drew the following conclusions: 1) The degree of administrative empowerment of employees to monitor education as a whole from their point of view was large with a mean of (2.365). 2) The areas of administrative empowerment came in the following order: in first place was the area of delegation of authority to a large degree, in second place was the area of work team to a large degree as well, while in third place was the area of communication where it was to a large degree. The field of professional growth came in fourth place with a moderate degree, while the field of motivation came in fifth and last place with a moderate degree. There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative empowerment of employees at the Education Supervision Department, Misrata Branch, due to the gender variable.
