The study aimed to know the contribution of Islamic studies teachers’ application of good test specifications in improving achievement tests, From the point of view of Islamic study supervisors, through knowing the reality of good test specifications in Islamic studies curricula and identifying the professional development necessary in good test specifications. The study population is all male and female supervisors of Islamic studies courses in Taif, Riyadh, Bisha, Al-Dawadmi, Rijal Almaa and Al-Aflaj, which are 185 supervisors. The researchers used the descriptive survey method through the questionnaire tool, and the most prominent results of the study were that (5.9%) of teachers of Islamic studies They always prepare test questions according to the relative weight of the course topics, (6.4%) always design a table of specifications for the test, (7%) always take into account in test items the relative weight of classifying course objectives according to levels of thinking, and (3.8%) always prepare research Procedural research in developing good test specifications for Islamic studies courses, and (11.9%) always join training programs to develop their skills in tests. The study recommended teachers to conduct procedural research in developing good test specifications for Islamic studies courses, and the importance of designing achievement tests based on the table of specifications and training teachers on the skills of constructing a good test, such as the content analysis program and the table of specifications preparation program.
