نموذج مقترح لمعايير تصميم منصة تدريب إلكترونية لتنمية مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى طالبات التعليم العام
This study aimed to construct standards for designing an electronic training platform to develop the skills of the twenty-first century for female students of general education. The study employed the three-round Delphi method. In the first round, the opinions of experts were surveyed about the appropriate standards for designing the electronic training platform. In the second round, the standards that were identified in the first round were presented in a questionnaire to determine the degree of the experts' consensus on these standards. In the third round, the opinions of the experts were re-surveyed about the standards to retain or modify their estimates. The sample of the study was (23) experts in the fields of educational technology and e-learning. The results of the first round resulted in (131) standards for designing an electronic training platform to develop the skills of the twenty-first century for female students in general education in the following dimensions: technical characteristics, training content management, evaluation and feedback, twenty-first century skills (learning skills and creativity), (information, media and technology skills) and (life and work skills). The results of the second round showed the experts’ agreement on (76) standards for designing an electronic training platform to develop the skills of the twenty-first century among female students in general education stages in the aforementioned dimensions. The standards were referred to by the experts to determine the importance of each of them from their point of view, including justifications for the degree of its importance. The results of the second round revealed that all the standards came with a very high and high degree according to the statistical criterion that the researcher used to accept or reject the standards. Therefore, all the standards were accepted to be presented to the experts in the third round. The results of the third round showed that all experts agreed on (76) standards for designing an electronic training platform to develop the skills of the twenty-first century for female students in general education stages, and they were arranged according to their relative weight by the experts. Based on the results of the third round, the researcher recommended to benefit from these standards to design an electronic training platform to develop the skills of the century, and to conduct periodic and continuous reviews of these standards in light of technological developments.
