This study was aimed to build a proposed model for privatizing public education in the light of global experiences and vision aspirations 2030, also aimed at the extent to which it could be applied. This study also aimed to identify the experiences of developed countries in the area of privatization of education. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach. And to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaires were used to assess each stage of the model with the benefit of proposals to develop each stage. And the questioning was applied to a simple random sample of Jeddah education leaders and government school leaders in Jeddah. The study was applied to a random sample consisting of (266) which (44%) of the total study community. This was done during the first semester of 1441- 1442 Hijri. Using appropriate statistical methods; the study ended several results: The validity of the proposed model of the application, adopt the model at the start of the Ministry of Education in the implementation of the project. In light of this, the study provided a number of recommendations and the most important: Put a regulatory manual shows patterns and mechanisms of privatization of education, and adopting the concept of renewal that combines originality and future vision of the educational system to serve the national transformation and achieve 2030 vision.
