This study aimed to discover the correlation between the organizational trust and job satisfaction of educational supervisors in teaching offices in the Governorate of Qonfuda, as well as examining the existence of any significant differences between educational supervisors’ responses that can be referred to their qualifications, years of experience, and the number of training sessions they have taken. To achieve this purpose, the researcher adopted a descriptive, correlational research design, and used a questionnaire to randomly collect data from a population of (181) educational supervisors in the Governorate of Qonfudah in the year 1442 AH. The sample counted (123) supervisors. Findings of this study revealed that the level of organizational trust in organizational trust and the level of job satisfaction of educational supervisors in teaching offices in the Governorate of Qonfuda are very high 4.27 and 4.26 respectively. In addition, results showed that there is statistically significant positive correlation between the organizational trust in organizational trust and the level of job satisfaction of educational supervisors in teaching offices in the Governorate of Qonfuda with correlation coefficient (0.089). Moreover, there is no statistically significant difference at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the educational supervisors' responses that can be referred to their qualifications. But there is statistically significant difference that can be referred to those who have more than ten years of experience, and to those that have taken more than ten training sessions. The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is enhancing the offices the level of organizational trust by organizing a number of meetings, seminars and workshops that show the importance of organizational trust and ways to enhance it among female education staff. Developing the work environment by allocating funds to develop its physical environment and train their female employees in administrative fields to reach a high level of quality through which the level of organizational trust and satisfaction with the work environment among its female employees could be raised. Creating all the appropriate conditions to enhance job satisfaction for the supervisors, including involving them in making work-related decisions, paying attention to meeting their different needs, helping them solve their problems, and achieving their professional growth.
