The study examined the relationship between positive thinking and psychological well-being among Saudi university students on scholarships to America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, and non-scholarship students at King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). A Comparative Correlational Descriptive Method was used with a randomly selected sample of (1456) male and female students of which (594) Saudi students on scholarships and (862) non-scholarship students at King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah. Ibrahim Positive Thinking Scale (2010) and Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale (2007, translated by Al-Kishki were used. The study findings showed a high level of positive thinking among the two study samples according to the study area, with students studying in North America ranked first, followed by students in Asia and Australia, Europe, and King Abdul Aziz University, and an average level of psychological well-being among the two study samples according to the study area, with King Abdul Aziz University students leading, followed by students, America, Europe, Asia and Australia. The results also indicated a high level of positive thinking among the two study samples according to the study level and an average level of psychological well-being among the two study samples according to the study level, and a positive relationship between positive thinking and psychological well-being, and differences in positive thinking between students on scholarship and King Abdul Aziz University students in favor of students on scholarship, It is recommended to activate the role of Saudi cultural attachés and Saudi universities to develop aspects of positive psychology such as positive thinking and psychological well-being by conducting counseling programs before, during and after the scholarship, and to identify factors that raise the level of psychological well-being, and to compare scholarship students with students from other cultures, and to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 to create a community enjoying the quality of life.
