معوقات تحول جامعة المنصورة إلى جامعة ريادية، وسبل التغلب عليها : دراسة ميدانية
The aim of the research is to identify the obstacles to transforming Mansoura University into entrepreneurial university and ways to overcome them, to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to achieve the objectives of the research. It was applied to a sample of faculty members in some faculties of Mansoura University. The size of the research sample amounted to 155 faculty members, and the research reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: Weak entrepreneurial culture among university employees, low participation of society and its institutions in drawing the university’s vision and mission. The stagnation of some regulations and legislations that prevents the achievement of development in the university, including the weakness of the technological infrastructure necessary for the establishment of pioneering projects at the university. The research found a number of ways to overcome these obstacles, including: The need to prepare educational programs for researchers, faculty and university employees about the pioneering university and its requirements, and to employ material resources effectively to improve the capabilities of research laboratories, especially for faculty members from within the university, and to support scientific research and research projects.
