علاقة التدريب الإداري لمديري المدارس في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء البادية الشمالية الغربية بمستوى التطوير التنظيمي
This study aimed to identify the degree to which Northwestern Badia School principals appreciate the importance of administrative training and its relationship to the level of organizational development. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive correlational survey approach was used, and a purposive sample was chosen, consisting of (145) male and female means) consisting of (21) items, after its validity and reliability were verified. The study concluded that the degree of appreciation of the principals from the directorate of Education in Northwestern Badia in Jordan. A questionnaire was applied to them that was developed consisting of two parts. The first was to measure the degree of appreciation of the importance of administrative training including three domains (administrative, technical and social) consisting of (16) items and the second section was to measure the level of organizational development including four domains: administrative procedures, development and evaluation of human resources, organizational structure, and technological, consisting of (21) items. The degree of appreciation of the importance of administrative training among school principals North Western Badia from their point of view, was very high, as the administrative field ranked first, the technical field ranked second, and the social field ranked third, and there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the variables (Gender, educational qualification, and the years of experience). The results of the study showed that: 1) The level of organizational development among the principals of schools Northwestern Badia and from their point of view, was high, as the first rank was the field of development and evaluation of human resources, the second rank was the field of technological means, the third rank was the field of administrative procedures, and the fourth rank was the organizational structure. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of appreciation of the importance of organizational development because of variables (gender, academic, qualification, and years of experience). 2) There are no statistically significant differences of organizational development because of the variables (gender, academic, qualification and years of experience). The results of the study showed that there is a positive correlation between the areas of organizational development. Considering the results, the study recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1) Encouraging school principals to exchange experiences in the organizational development process, 2) Considering the opinions of school principal when preparing administrative training programs, 3) Providingschools with the technological means necessary to bring about organizational development.
