This study aimed to identify "the effectiveness of e-learning outputs in developing knowledge management from the point of view of the teaching staff at Al-Aqsa University". Their number is (230) faculty members for the year 2022, and the actual study sample consisted of (230) faculty members from. One of the most important results is: 1) The existence of a statistically significant direct relationship between the outputs of e-learning and knowledge management. 2) The absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a > 0.05) for the effectiveness of e-learning outputs in developing knowledge management from the point of view of the teaching staff at Al-Aqsa University due to the variable (sex, experience, academic qualification, university). Through the results, the study recommended that developing the e-learning methodology in raising the level of academic achievement among students at the university. (Published abstract)
