The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of the principals of government schools affiliated with the Mafraq district of organizational development and its relationship to job integrity from the teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (288) male and female teachers in the Education Directorate of the Mafraq district who were selected randomly. The descriptive correlational approach was used by developing a questionnaire consisting of two fields. The first field dealt with organizational development، and the second field dealt with job integrity. Validity and reliability indications were extracted for them. The results showed that: 1) Organizational development among government school principals was high in all areas of the tool. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender, the effect of academic qualification, and years of experience in all areas and the total score. 2) The results showed that the level of job integrity among government school principals was high. 3) The results related to the learning organization showed that all paragraphs were high. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender, the effect of academic qualification, and years of experience. The results showed a correlation between the degree of practice of government school principals affiliated with the Mafraq district for organizational development and job integrity. The researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: 1) Developing joint training programs and workshops for both school principals and their teachers on the importance of the organizational development process, its application, and its positive effects on the school environment, 2) Proposing some mechanisms that can be used in work to enhance the level of job integrity through courses and workshops conducted by the Ministry of Education.
