درجة ممارسة معلمي التربية الإسلامية في الأردن لمبادئ التدريس الفعال من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين
This study aimed to identify The Degree of Islamic Education Teachers’ Practicing of the Effective Teaching Principles’ Educational Supervisors’ Perspectives in Jordan, The researcher developed the study tool, which is a questionnaire consisting of (28) items, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. It was then distributed to a random sample consisting of (41) male and female supervisors in the northern governorates of Jordan. The results of the study showed that: 1) The overall degree of Islamic education teachers in Jordan practicing the principles of effective teaching in the northern governorates of Jordan from the point of view of educational supervisors was high in all fields. 2) There were statistically significant differences in the impact of the governorate in all fields in favor of Irbid Governorate. 3) There were no statistically significant differences in the impact of gender in all fields. 4) There were statistically significant differences in the impact of academic qualification in All fields and for the benefit of PhD holders. 5) The presence of statistically significant differences attributed to the effect of years of experience in all fields in favor of years of experience in supervision of 10 years or more. The researcher concluded his study with a set of recommendations, including: 1) Holding introductory seminars on the principles of effective teaching, 2) Conducting continuous training courses for supervisors that include the principles of effective teaching.
