The study aimed to reveal the effect of teaching using an electronic unit on the academic achievement of third-grade students in science in Irbid Governorate. To achieve this, the experimental method with a quasi-experimental design was used, and the study sample consisted of (59) male and female students, they were divided into two control groups, which include (30) male and female students, and an experimental group, which includes (29) male and female students, from the third grade of basic education for two different divisions, at Al-Mazar Mixed Basic School in the second semester (2023-2024 AD), the “Earth and its Components” unit was taught using an electronic unit for the experimental group, and the same content was taught in the usual way for the control group. The results of the study revealed that there was a statistically significant difference between the arithmetic averages of the grades of the students of the two groups, in each of the achievement test, and the difference was in favor of the experimental group, and the study recommended using the electronic unit in teaching science.
