The present study aimed to identify the level of knowledge of principals of the Mafraq education department about the requirements of the 10-Year Strategy for Inclusive Education from the teacher's point of view. Descriptive analytical method was used. The sample of the study consisted of (518) male and female teachers working in schools located at Education Department Mafraq Governorate, Northeastern Badia, and Northwestern Badia. The study procedures were implemented throughout the first semester of the academic year (2022-2023); To achieve the study goals a questionnaire was developed with good validity and reliability to measure the level of knowledge of principals of the Mafraq education department about the requirements of the 10-Year Strategy for Inclusive Education. The results of the study indicated that the level of Knowledge of Mafraq School Principals About the Requirements of the Ten-Year Plan for Inclusive Education was within a medium level on the study tool. The results also showed no statistically significant differences due to the gender variable. and the results showed statistically significant differences due to the department variable for the Education directorate of Mafraq in light of the results of the study the researcher suggested several recommendations the most important of which were The study recommended the importance of knowledge and education on The 10-Year Strategy for Inclusive Education.
