درجة تطبيق مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية لإدارة التغيير وعلاقتها بالرفاهية النفسية للمعلمين
The study aimed to identify the degree of implementation of change management in the northeastern Badia schools and its relationship to the psychological well-being of the teachers, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, the study sample consisted of (350) male and female teachers who were chosen randomly, two tools were used for the study, the change management practice tool and the psychological well-being tool, the indications of validity and reliability were extracted for them. The data showed that: 1) The implementation degree of the northeastern Badia schools of change management from the teachers’ point of view was average. 2) The psychological well-being of teachers in northeastern Badia was high from the teachers’ point of view. 3) There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05 ≥ α). In the average responses regarding the implementation degree of change management in northeastern Badia schools from the teachers’ point of view due to differences in social type variables, scientific qualification, and years of experience. 4) The results disclosed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05 ≥ α). In the average responses regarding the degree of implementation in change management in northeastern Badia schools from the teachers’ point of view, due to social type in favor of females, 5) There were no variances due to scientific qualification differences. 6) A positive correlation between the practice of change management in the schools of Northeastern Badia and the level of psychological well-being for teachers.
