The objectives of the research were to identify the analytical framework for kindergarten institutions in Damietta Governorate. And highlighting what is meant by accreditation for kindergarten institutions. And monitor the point of view of the directors of kindergarten institutions in the obstacles to qualifying them for accreditation in Damietta Governorate. The research used the descriptive analytical method. He also used the questionnaire tool, which was applied to a random sample of (105) members of the directors of kindergarten institutions in Damietta Governorate. Provide information and communication technologies and employing them effectively in kindergarten institutions. Instill a culture of quality and educational accreditation inside and outside kindergarten institutions. And benefit from successful experiences in applying the quality and educational accreditation system. The results of the research also reached mechanisms for qualifying kindergarten institutions for accreditation in Damietta Governorate, the most important of which is spreading the culture of accreditation among the employees of the kindergarten institution through forming a team to communicate with the employees. Pay attention to the administrative and organizational aspects, adopting the democratic method in management, and forming social bonds among the kindergarten workers. In addition, form strong social relations with all local community organizations and working to link the kindergarten institution with the local community within the framework of the educational management policy.
