This research aimed to identify the American experience in international standards through the literature on the nature of teacher preparation programs (concept - goals - foundations and pillars), and the descriptive analytical approach was used for its suitability to the nature of the research. And the research concluded to present a set of proposed mechanisms for implementing the standards of American experience in teacher preparation programs and the possibility of benefiting from them, through: Concerning the objectives of teacher preparation programs: That the teacher knows the lifestyles, values, and communication styles of different ethnic groups, be able to create a classroom environment that is responsive to the needs of different students, promote positive interaction between students from different cultures, and be aware of the subjective attitudes and perceptions of different learners. With regard to the content of teacher preparation programs :Developing new teaching methods and educational techniques to deal with large numbers of students, the needs of special groups, and adult learners, with the growing role of methods and methods that develop the ability to think creative and innovative, and developing curricula to be more appropriate to interact with future challenges and understand their concepts, issues, and means of treatment To its problems, through the use of appropriate approaches, whether in the form of new courses, with a focus on new topics and future sciences, which are likely to prevail in the future society.
