The aim of this research is to determine the role of organizational symmetry in its dimensions (organizational loyalty, similarity, membership) in achieving the quality of work life for general education teachers in Dakahlia Governorate, revealing the reality of both quality of life and organizational symmetry among general education teachers and the significance of the differences in the dimensions of the quality of work life and organizational symmetry according to gender, years of experience and educational stage. The descriptive method was used, and a questionnaire was applied for organizational symmetry and another for quality of work life. The research sample consisted of (376) male and female teachers’. The research concluded that the level of awareness of organizational symmetry among the sample members of the teachers is higher than the average. It was also found that the level of awareness of the quality of work life of teachers among the sample members is higher than the average as well. It was found that teachers' feeling of quality of work life is related to their sense of organizational symmetry, meaning that the relationship between them is direct. Organizational symmetry greatly contributes to the quality of work life. There are no statistically significant differences in teachers' sense of quality of work life according to gender, years of experience, and educational stage Also, there are no statistically significant differences in the dimensions of organizational symmetry according to gender, years of experience, and educational stage.
