The aim of the research is to know the effectiveness of the environmental chemistry enrichment program based on Renzulli Model in the decision-making skills development for the third-year students of chemistry department, faculty of Education. To fulfill that goal, a list of decision-making skills needed to be reinforced for the students has been established. In addition to the elaboration of the enrichment program in the environmental chemistry according to Renzulli Model .The research tool was the decision-making metric which has been implemented in the experimental and control search groups, and as a result the students grades were extracted and statistically analyzed.The results of the research have affirmed the effectiveness of the environmental chemistry enrichment program based on Renzulli Modelling in developing the decision making skills for the third year students of the chemistry department . In the light of the research up comings, it's recommended to use models, entrances, and strategies to enhance student's decision-making skills for the teacher student in Faculty of Education in general and for the students of the scientific divisions particularly including Renzulli Model.
