The study aimed to identify the degree of application of organizational culture by school principals in the Directorate of Education of the Marka District according to the (z) model and its relationship to group dynamics. The study sample consisted of (569) male and female teachers in the Directorate of Education of the Marka District. Two tools, the first tool was a questionnaire that dealt with organizational culture according to the Z model, and the second tool dealt with group dynamics, and signs of validity and stability were extracted from them. 1) The results related to group dynamics showed that all items came with a high degree, 2) the results of the third question showed that there were no statistically significant differences (0.05 ≥ α) attributable to the effect of gender, the effect of educational qualification and years of experience in all fields, and the total score, 3) the results of the fourth question showed that there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender and the effect of educational qualification and years of experience on the level of group dynamics, 4) the results of the fifth question showed a direct correlation between the degree of application of school principals to the organizational culture according to the z model and group dynamics. The study recommended a set of recommendations, most notably: 1) the development of training programs And joint workshops for school principals and teachers on the importance of applying organizational culture according to the (Z) model and its positive impact on the school environment, 2) conducting more studies that are based on studying organizational culture according to the (z) model from the point of view of other research samples such as teachers, and working to link it other organizational variables such as change management and school performance.
