دور مديري المدارس في تربية الزرقاء الأولى في تعزيز المفاهيم التربوية الحديثة من وجهة نظر المعلمين
This study aimed to identify the role of school principals in zarqa first education in promoting modern educational concepts from the point of view of teachers. The researcher followed the descriptive survey method, and the study sample consisted of (433) male and female public school teachers in zarqa first education, representing 10%. From the entire study population, it was selected by a simple random method. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (44) items distributed over six areas. The results showed that: 1) The role of school principals in promoting modern educational concepts was high, and the order of the areas was as follows (creative learning, environmental education, technological education, self-learning, active learning, and distance learning). 2) There were statistically significant differences in the role of school principals in promoting modern educational concepts due to the gender variable in all fields except the two fields (creative learning and teaching active) came in favor of males, 3) There were no statistically significant differences in the role of school principals in promoting modern educational concepts due to the variable of academic qualification and years of experience. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, including: 1) Directing the attention of principals and teachers to modern educational concepts, 2) Constantly following up on new developments in these concepts.
