The purpose of the study is to investigate the degree of applying total quality management by principals of northwestern Badia schools and its relationship to sustainable development for teachers from the teacher's point of view. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive survey correlational approach was adopted, as a random sample consisting of (300) male and female teachers from the Directorate of Education at Northwestern Badia District, was selected. questionnaire was administered. It consisted of two sections, the first to Total Quality Management, containing four domains: school management commitment, focus on beneficiary satisfaction, work as a team and continuous improvement, within 20 items. The second section to sustainable development for teachers, consisting of four domains: communication, training and development, employ information and communication technologies and teaching skills development, within 20 items; after checking validity and reliability. The findings of the study showed that: 1) The degree of applying Total Quality Management by Principals of Northwestern Badia Schools from the teacher's point of view was high in all domains. 2) There are significant statistical differences due to the academic qualification variable in the degree of applying Total Quality Management by Principals of Northwestern Badia Schools as perceived by teachers, in favor of bachelor's, 3) There were no significant statistical differences attributed to the effect of the gender and experience. 4) The level of sustainable professional development for teachers was high in all domains from the teacher's point of view. 5) There were significant statistical differences attributed to the gender and academic qualification variables in the level of sustainable professional development for teachers, in favor of females and the bachelor's, 6) There were significantstatistical differences attributed to years of experience in favor of the level of 10 years and over. 7) There is a direct positive correlation between the domains of Total Quality Management and domains of Sustainable Development for Teachers. Based on the findings the study presented several recommendations, most important are: Organizing workshops for school principals to guide teachers to conduct research. Coordination between school principals and the Information Technology Department to provide the modern technologies necessary to serve the educational process. (Author’s abstract)
