The research aimed at knowing the perceptions of faculty members at the University of Bisha about the use of flipped learning in teaching Arabic, and its obstacles, education. The descriptive approach used with two questionnaires. One for the teaching staff, about the effectiveness of flipped learning in teaching Arabic. It comprised four parts: (the teacher, the syllabus, the learner, and environment). The second questionnaire is about the sets-back of using flipped learning in teaching Arabic. It also comprised four parts (sets-back) :(cognitive, technological, material, and self-based). It distributed to teaching staff in the department of Arabic language faculty of arts university of Bisha the finding summarized in the following: the effectiveness of flipped learning in teaching Arabic. The sets-back of using flipped learning are technological with large level, and cognitive, material, and self-based with middle level. In light of the results, recommendations were made, including: holding educational and technical training courses for faculty members to train them to use flipped learning in teaching the Arabic language and preparing electronic learning materials, enriching educational platforms with videos and educational clips that include topics of teaching Arabic in university education, designing and equipping classrooms Using technological and technical means, and activating computer laboratories in colleges for use in education.
