The purpose of this study was to identify the training needs of science teachers in the elementary stage necessary for the implementation of educational STEM projects. The study used the descriptive survey method. The study sample consisted of 236 practitioners and practices for STEM education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A questionnaire was prepared to identify the training needs of science teachers in the primary stage necessary for the implementation of STEM educational projects. The findings showed that the cognitive training needs of science teachers in the primary stage necessary for the implementation of educational STEM projects which have reached (17) needs, and the axis as a whole came in a high degree of need, and it reached (34) skill needs, The degree of need for dimensions (which included planning, implementation, and evaluation) as a whole is high, as well as for each individual dimension, and the needs reached the planning stage (14) needs, but in the implementation phase, the needs reached (12) needs, and at the evaluation stage reached (8) needs. The study recommended building a training program that meets the training needs of science teachers in the primary stage necessary to implement educational STEM projects. (Published abstract)
