أثر ممارسة التنمر الوظيفي في نية ترك العمل على معلمات المدارس الخاصة في محافظة الزرقاء : دراسة حالة
This study aims to recognize The Impact of Job Bullying on The Intention to Leave Work on Female Private School Teachers in Zarqa Governorate (A Case Study). This study used relational descriptive approach, which contains teaching community of private schools in Zarqa and they are (450) teachers. The sample presented teachers in private schools in Zarqa andthey are (153). A resolution was randomly distributed to all sample members and then reclaim them all, and by that the number of resolutions that can be entered and processed is (153). To achieve the study's goals the resolution was developed to contain four fields. The study came to the results: 1) Work related bullying is in the first place with the average (2.79), personal bullying came in the second place and then occupational bullying in the third place, and psychological bullying in the last place. 2) There are no differences in statistical significance for sample members estimating, according to qualifications, years of experience and major. Consequently, the study results recommend to: 1) Make training programs that work on rising communication skills and build good relations at work, 2) Giving financial and moral incentives to teachers to encourage them in their schools, 3) Rising the teacher’s salary in private schools.
