This research aimed to identify the self-efficacy of 21st century skills among middle school female students, identify the attitude of STEM approach, and relationship between them. The research adopted the descriptive survey methodology, the study tool was represented by using the Scale “Self-Efficiency of 21st Century Skills and the Attitude toward STEM Approach “, it was applied to 72 female students, intentionally chosen, were the tool Validated by the Arbitrators. The results of the research showed that middle school female students have a high proficiency in all dimensions of 21st century skills, No significant difference was found based on types of school (private, public) regarding the dimensions of 21st century skills, and they have a positive attitude towards STEM approach, but appeared at a moderate degree in the job dimension, No significant difference was observed based on types of school with regard to the dimensions of the STEM approach (science, engineering, 21st century skills, job) while the difference appeared in the mathematics dimension and in favor of the private school and in the technology dimension and in favor of the public school. It was found that there is a low and moderate positive relationship between “self-efficacy of 21st century skills and STEM Attitude”. Research recommends, Spreading STEM literacy, and provides the STEM Approach, skills of the 21st century in teacher preparation programs and science textbooks. As proposal conducting more quantitative and qualitative studies on the relationship between STEM approach and 21th century skills in different academic levels, students and teachers.
