درجة ممارسة حوكمة نظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات وعلاقتها بتفعيل الأداء المؤسسي بالمدارس الثانوية الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين
The study aimed at recognizing the extent of practicing the governance of information technology systems and it's relation with operating institutional performance at public secondary schools from teachers point of view. The descriptive method was used. The sample was selected with random class method of (277) teachers with a percent of 40% of the study community. The researcher received (192) questionnaires. The researcher used the questionnaire of information technology governance for leaders of public secondary schools at Buraidah town from teachers point of view and the questionnaire of institutional performance and the most important findings are providing the governance of information technology and institutional performance with a degree of "agree" and there are statistically significant differences for the field of distance information technology systems governance: magnification of disclosure and transparency principles on behalf of the scientific division. The study found several findings and the most important ones are: there is a statistically significant positive correlation between scores of information technology systems governance and scores of operating the institutional performance for the study sample of public secondary schools teachers at Buraidah town.
