The study aimed to identify the degree to which educational supervisors apply electronic supervision and its role in improving the teaching performance of the teachers of the Mafraq Education Directorate for the year 2022. The study sample consisted of (420) male and female teachers from the study population, which amounted to (5000) male and female teachers. The descriptive survey method was used by developing a two-axis questionnaire, 1) electronic supervision, and it consists of three areas: (the necessary competencies for electronic supervision, human requirements for electronic supervision, physical requirements for electronic supervision), 2) teaching performance and it consists of two areas (planning of the study, implementation). The results of the study showed that: 1) the sample members’ estimates of the availability of requirements for the application of the degree of educational supervisors’ application of electronic supervision in the district of Qasbat Al Mafraq are high. 2) there were no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample members on the areas of availability of requirements for the application of electronic educational supervision due to the difference in the variables of gender, academic qualification and experience. In light of the results, the researcher recommends providing the necessary financial capabilities to implement electronic educational supervision. (Author’s abstract)
