The study aimed to identifying The degree of emotional intelligence among kindergarten principals in Rusaifa district and its relation to organizational loyalty from teacher's perceptions, and to know the effect of the variables (kindergarten type, academic qualification, and years of experience) in that, and the study population consisted of all public and private kindergarten teachers in Al-Rusaifa District, numbering (275) female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (173) female teachers were chosen by the simple random method and constituted (63.0%) of the study population. The first included the study variables, the second part included emotional intelligence, and the third part included the areas of organizational loyalty, and the validity and reliability of the tool were verified. The results of the study showed that: 1) The emotional intelligence of the principals of kindergartens in Al-Rusaifa District from the teachers’ point of view came with a medium degree and for all fields, where the field of social skills came in first place, followed by the field of emotional self-awareness, and in the third and last place came the field of empathy. 2) There were no significant differences due to the effect of kindergarten type, academic qualification, and years of experience on the emotional intelligence of kindergarten principals. Medium and for all fields except for the field of moral loyalty, which came first and to a large degree, and came in the second place the field of reciprocal loyalty, and came in the third and last place the field of expatriate loyalty, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the type of kindergarten variable on the degree of organizational loyalty, and the differences came In favor of private kindergartens on the field of expatriate loyalty, and there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience in that. 3) There is a positive correlation and statistical significance between the degree of emotional intelligence and organizational loyalty in all fields except for the field of expatriate loyalty. The relationship was correlational and negative. The study recommended: 1) Devoting the kindergarten principals’ attention to the personal needs of teachers, 2) Enhancing the level of wages and salaries established for kindergarten teachers and working to achieve a balance between the wages of government kindergarten teachers and private kindergarten teachers.
