At the present time, the number of talent migration from Arab countries has increased, and hence this study came to address this issue, determine the reasons for the increase in the phenomenon of talent migration, and determine the consequences of that. The size of the phenomenon of talent migration in the Arab countries, and the patterns of this migration. The study also aimed to determine the negative consequences of the economy and education in the Arab countries because of the migration of these competencies. In order to waste what was spent on qualifying these competencies. The study reached a set of results and recommendations that necessitate the need to pay attention to Arab competencies, and work to improve their economic and social conditions, in order to reduce this phenomenon.
