The problem of the study is summarized in the following major question: What is the relationship between the dimensions of professional awareness and the dimensions of work values among high school students in Riyadh? The study aimed at: 1) Identifying existence of a relationship between professional awareness and work values among the students at high school. 2) Identifying professional awareness level among the students at high school. 3) Identifying work values level among the students at high school. 4) Identifying if there is a substantial difference between professional awareness and work value; attributable to the demographic variables among the students of high school. 5) Identifying the extent of contribution of professional awareness in predicting the work values among the students at high school. Study population and sample: The study population consisted of students at high school in Riyadh City, amounting to (11213) students. Study sample: A random sample of (432) students at high school students in Riyadh City has been selected out of (500) students through applying the Random Stratified Cluster Sampling Method. The sample has been determined by the input method of the american association for sampling. Study approach and tools: The researcher used the descriptive correlative approach. Also, the researcher used two scales; professional awareness scale for Al-Subhi 2010 AD, and work values scale for Abdul Fattah Farouq Mousa B.C. Most significant findings of the study: 1) There is a professional between professional awareness and work values at significance level of (0.01) among students at high school. 2) The level of professional awareness of the study sample from the students at high school is high. 3) The level of work values of the study sample from the students at high school is high. 4) There are no differences of statistical significance at (0.05) level, as well as at the level of (0.01) and less in the professional awareness scale and its dimensions attributable to department / major, profession of father, educational level of father, educational level of mother and monthly income of family. 5) Awareness of the requirements of labor market and awareness of the advantages and benefits of different professions contribute in predicting work values among the students of high school. Significant recommendations: 1) Importance of promoting professional awareness level and its dimensions among the students through conducting workshops in high schools. 2) Working on provision of professional guidance services to the parents of mothers and fathers, as this will have a direct impact on raising the level of professional awareness among the students.
