التنمر السيبراني وانعكاساته على الرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي : دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي بالوادي
This research investigates the forms and methods of cyberbullying and examines differences in exposure to this type of bullying among primary school teachers according to gender and professional experience. The study also explores the negative effects of cyberbullying on the job satisfaction of teachers. An online questionnaire was designed to verify teachers' exposure to cyberbullying, which was distributed to a random sample of 104 primary school teachers in El-Oued, Algeria, who are members of the "Primary School Teachers Association" group on Facebook. The analytical descriptive method was used to analyze the collected data, and after statistical analysis, it was found that the impact of cyberbullying on the job satisfaction of primary school teachers is very limited. This is mainly due to the teacher's personality, cultural background, and social status. This study is important in understanding cyberbullying and its effects on individuals and communities, and in directing future efforts to address this phenomenon. (Published abstract)
